Commission is 40% for all versions. Average sale is $297, meaning average payout is $118.80
Payments are made via PayPal on the 15th of each month. (So commissions for Jan would be paid by Feb 15th)
Cookies last 6 months, last cookie set, wins.

What You Can & Can't Do
Any PPC is fine
No keyword restrictions (you can use anything)
No SERP restrictions
No email spam (use optin lists please)
You can't buy using your own affiliate link. We class this as fraud and disable your account.
Don't misrepresent WPTB (for example, promising people things they won't get)
